Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 7/22/2026

Elmwood Nexus LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates mobile games including Forky‑Lift and Playcaller (each, “the Game”, and together, “the Games”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Games, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Display Name. The optional leaderboard name you choose. It is visible to other players. Names are checked for prohibited content (profanity, contact information, links) before being accepted.

Anonymous Identifier. An anonymous account is created automatically so your scores and progress can be saved. No email, phone number, real name, or personal login is required to play.

Game Statistics. Gameplay data such as scores, streaks, difficulty, distances, deliveries, play time, and related stats are stored for leaderboards and your in‑game profile.

Country / Region (certain Games only). Where a Game displays a country flag, your device locale is used to determine it. No precise or GPS location data is collected.

Device & Advertising Information. Our advertising partner may collect device identifiers (such as the iOS Advertising Identifier / IDFA and the Android Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location, and usage data in order to serve and measure ads.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contact list, and we do not require you to create an account.

2. How We Use Your Information

Display your scores on public leaderboards

Save your game progress, profile, and career statistics

Serve and measure advertisements

Operate, maintain, and analyze the performance of the Games

3. Advertising

The Games display ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Google may collect and process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and usage data to serve personalized or non‑personalized ads and to measure ad performance. Learn more about how Google uses this data:

Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Consent. We use Google’s User Messaging Platform to obtain the consent or preferences required in your region before serving personalized ads:

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR): you will be asked to consent before any personalized ads or ad‑related data processing occur. You may decline; the Games remain fully playable.

United States (e.g., California / CCPA‑CPRA and similar state laws): you are provided with the applicable opt‑out choices regarding the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.

Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS): on iOS, the Game requests your permission before any tracking that uses the Advertising Identifier. You may decline without affecting gameplay.

4. Data Storage, Processors, and Retention

Leaderboard entries and submitted game statistics are stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). Advertising data is processed by Google as described above. Local preferences and on‑device statistics (such as volume settings, display name, and career stats) are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

We retain leaderboard and gameplay data for as long as needed to operate the leaderboards and the Games, or until you request deletion.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may choose not to set a display name; your scores then will not appear on the public leaderboards.

You may decline personalized‑ads consent (EEA/UK) or opt out (US), and you may decline ad tracking on iOS when prompted.

You may delete on‑device data at any time by uninstalling the Game.

To request access to or deletion of data associated with your anonymous identifier or display name, contact us at hello@elmwoodnexus.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under the GDPR (access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent) or U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above.
